How do I upload scores?

Enter leaderboard name and email address you used for registration
How to submit scores:
AMRAPs and lifts are entered as one number i.e, 135, 122.5 etc...
Timed workouts are entered minutes and seconds (MM:SS) 6:20 would be an acceptable score, whereas 6.20. Would not.
If an athlete/team caps out enter CAP+reps remaining. i.e. if you cap out and had 30 reps remaining, enter CAP+30 for your score.
Then Paste your video link in the section given.

All athletes must be in clear view when working out, Team name should be given at the start and weights on bar should be shown clearly.
Clock must in view or use an application that displays a clock on screen.
QUALIFIER 1 MOVEMENT STANDARDS
RX, S1 & S2
These thrusters can be split anyway you want as long as the number of repetitions are hit. You will be sharing a bar with your partner. This is a standard barbell thruster in which the barbell moves from the bottom of a front squat to full lockout overhead. ... A full squat clean into the thruster is allowed when the bar is taken from the floor.
These power snatch can be split anyway you want as long as the number of repetitions are hit. You will be sharing a bar with your partner. In the snatch, the barbell goes directly from the ground to overhead in one motion, without stopping at the shoulders. For Scaled 2 athletes only using the barbell the bar must start below the knee for each repetition. Rx and scaled 1 athletes will touch the floor with bumpers at the bottom of each repetition, scaled 2 athletes must take bar below the knee at the bottom of each rep for it to count.
This is a standard pull-up. Dead-hang, kipping or butterfly pull-ups are all allowed, as long as all the requirements are met. At the bottom, the arms must be fully extended. At the top, the chin must break the horizontal plane of the bar.
In the toes-to-bar, the athlete must go from a full hang to having the toes touch the pull-up bar. Both feet must touch the bar together, inside the hands. The arms and hips must be fully extended at the bottom and the feet must be brought back to behind the bar, not out front.
Sync Burpee over bar

Sync KB Swings *S2
Athletes must be sync at the TOP of the KB swing. This is an american kettlebell swing. KB must pass under hips at the bottom and be taken to full lockout overhead, with the hips, knees and arms fully extended at the same time for your rep to count.
QUALIFIER 2 MOVEMENT STANDARDS
All Categories RX, S1 & S2
Bar can be loaded up prior to video. Meaning you can go in at a good lift for your first lift on video.
Any from of lift is allowed aslong as the barbell starts on the ground and finishes locked out overhead with feet back inline with hips with athlete in a fully stood up position.
Power clean, Squat clean, Muscle clean are all allowed to get the bar from floor to rack.
Push Press, Push Jerk, Split jerk are all allowed to get the bar overhead.
Power snatch and squat snatch is also acceptable so long as bar finishes fully locked out over head.
*Hang Cleans or Hang Snatch are NOT allowed. Must be either full snatch or full clean and jerk.
Rules, there’s not many. Every athlete must be hanging from the rig when clock displays 12 mins. Only the HANDS are allowed in contact with the pull up bar/ rig. Feet must be clearly away from the ground and the rig. at least 1 Foot away from the floor.
Athlets are allowed to swap hands, hang on one hand, alternate grip. BUT as soon as the athletes feet touch the floor that is game over for that individual, however others can still hang .
You are required to hang for as long as you can, and all of your 4 scores accumulated is your score. Score is in seconds.
QUALIFIER 3 MOVEMENT STANDARDS
All Categories RX, S1 & S2
2 x Rowing machines 1 per athlete. Complete stated distance, 250male and 200female at same time. Then:
Sync Burpees over the rowing machine. Chest and thighs must be on the floor at the same time to be classed as synchronized movement with your partner. MAKE SURE YOUR CHANGE OVERS ARE QUICK AS THIS WILL EAT INTO YOUR TIME.

This is a traditional deadlift BUT with two people on one bar. The standard: Both plates must make contact with the floor at the bottom of rep. At the TOP of the rep the smallest athlete must be locked out with hips open and shoulders behind bar.
SYNC BAR MUSCLE UPS
2 Athletes must go together, the sync part of the movement is that both athletes are visually locked out together at the top of the rep for it to count. You have 4 mins (16-20mins) to hit as many Sync muscle ups as possible you can switch when you want but ANY 2 athletes can move together and for a rep to count they must be locked out together at the top of muscle up.

You have 4 athletes and you have 4 mins to get as many as you can. Only 1 person can move at a time. Help each other out and accumulate as many reps together as a team
Bar muscle up standard.
The bar muscle up, Arms must be fully extended with feet off of the ground at bottom. ... At the top of each repetition, the elbows must be fully locked out while the athlete is in a position of support above the bar. (RX ATHLETES MUST HOLD FINISH POSITION TOGETHER FOR REP TO COUNT)
